Abigail Goldfarb, Executive Director
Abby Goldfarb holds a bachelor’s degree from Kutztown University and a master’s degree from CUNY-John Jay College, both in Psychology. She has many years of experience in community programming and organizing. She has been with the Conference since 2009. Ms. Goldfarb is a Lehigh Valley native and an active volunteer in the community.
Shawn Milisits, Director of Finance
Shawn Milisits graduated Cum Laude from Muhlenberg College in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Prior to rejoining the Conference, he held various accounting positions in both for-profit and non-profit industries. When Shawn is not crunching numbers, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing disc golf whenever possible. He is excited to be back with The Lehigh Conference of Churches to work with all the various departments to serve the community in every way we can.

Christopher Moran
Director of Development
Christopher Moran holds a bachelor’s degree from Delaware Valley University and a master’s degree from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University. A native of Lehigh Valley, he has been with the Conference since the summer of 2021. Since his arrival, he has spearheaded initiatives such as Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week and the Edward M. Gianforte Leadership Giving Society, among others.
