Faith 250

LV Faith250 is an opportunity to gather with interfaith neighbors to discuss texts that are important to us as Americans. This past spring we discussed The New Colossus, The Declaration of Independence, America the Beautiful, and What to the Slave is the Fourth of July. Over the next few months, the Conference’s Interfaith Action Committee and LVFaith250 leaders invite you to join us to study 4 more texts, beginning with A Speech to President Calvin Coolidge, by Ruth Muskrat, a Native American poet and activist, in 1923. We will meet Sunday, October 11, from 3-5 p.m. at Horizon Church, 2613 W. South St., Allentown. Please see the attached flyer for more information. It’s free, but registration is required.
